As buyers from out of town, Melissa made the entire process very easy for us. From taking detailed and informative videos of the property to guiding us through the process of making an offer and finally the entire process to closing, I cannot imagine anyone I'd rather have by our side than her. Even after closing, she went to the property to make sure our ponds had enough water and everything was as it's supposed to be. Melissa goes above and beyond and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a place to live in the Austin area.
